Stoke v Newcastle (Wed, 19:45 GMT)
A little injury news.
Geoff Cameron, according to Hughes, came through the Aston Villa game "OK but has been a little sore since".
"We hope that will settle down in the next 24 hours," says the boss.
Meanwhile, Phil Bardsley will have a scan on his calf, but it is hoped he will feature tomorrow.
"Ryan Shawcross will miss out, although he is very, very close," adds Hughes, who also says Charlie Adam is back in training but "probably needs a bit of work".
Mark Hughes news conference
"There were a few questions asked from outside of the group and within to be fair. But we have turned things around very quickly," says Hughes.
"e weren't prepared to have people saying that we were on the beach already. We are very much in the mix for reaching our targets, and nobody here sat the Club will be taking their feet off the gas.
"We have plenty to play for. We have big fixtures coming up - most notably Newcastle United tomorrow night. If we can win that then it will be three successive wins which could really kick us on. "
